先ほど、西ハンガリー大学の学部長であるViktoriaからmailが来た。


Hi, Hitoshi,

It is a tradition at the faculty, in october a  studentball for the 1. year 's students  from the student's government to organise.

It is a dance event, with a full programme: welcomspeach of dean, gala dance of students, concert, etc.

The gala starts on  18.  Oktober 2012, on  Thursday, at 19 o'clock.

Our departmen is invited to the ball.We have 2 tickets.

I woud like you invite in representation of departmen of foreign languages to the event.
I will be pleased, if you say "yes".

Please,  give me a rapid anserw until Monday evening.
